Its a PERFECT & BEAUTIFUL day for my
230 Calorie Spinach & Feta Turkey Burgers
1 lb. Light & Fit Ground Turkey
2 eggs, beaten
2 cloves Garlic, minced
4 oz. Feta Cheese, Crumbled
1 box Organic, Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed
Pepper (the Feta Cheese is salty so no need to add more Salt)
- In large bowl, mix together eggs, garlic, feta cheese, spinach, dash of pepper & ground turkey meat.
- Form into patties
- Grill until no longer pink (15-20 min)
For a side dish I know my kids will love, I preheated my oven to 400 degrees, cut potatoes in slices, seasoned with S&P, Paprika & Parsley and roasted for 30 minutes! Add a Steamed Vegetable of your Choice and its a complete meal!
AND WHILE I COOKED… My little guys stood at the top of the staircase and threw lots of cars down the steps aiming to get their cars into their toy airplane.
Some made it… Some didn’t.
