I know this is an old post, but I’ve started reading you from the beginning.

Just curious how you make your homemade fries. My husband and I usually do homemade fries, but just curious if there’s a different way that will “spice” them up a little and make them tasty different.

Hi! Thanks for reading ;) So honestly, I shake everything I can get my hands on in my spice cabinet! I cut the potatoes and put them in a large bowl. I drizzle EVOO, S&P, Paprika, Minced Onion, Garlic Powder, Parsley, Italian Seasoning, Basil and I’m liberal with my ‘shaking’!!! Red Pepper flakes if you want a little kick… Then I toss it all together, put on a baking sheet and roast for about 30 min at 400 degrees! ENJOY! Let me know if you try it ;)
