If you come into my home, you’ll find paisley prints and flowers in every room yet in my wardrobe, not so much. I’ve been really into florals recently and plan to add more of it to my wardrobe this season. I’ve been inspired by pictures & on the hunt for feminine florals! These are the feminine florals I love. Especially the fireplace florals which I’m highly considering creating in front of my fireplace over the summer. Its the perfect way to use that space since we don’t light it for a few months. I also have a very similar bracelet with a tangerine background color and hand painted flowers on it. I will definitely layer it with gold and brown bangles like shown. Oh and flowers in the hair! Its so pretty and boho chic ~ I love the look!
Since my new found love, I picked up a sweet little top over Mother’s Day weekend (and a bag of Swedish Fish). Its amazing how this top made me feel so feminine. It was light and airy and when I bought it, my eye was immediately drawn to the bright bold piece of fabric that peaked out of the bottom. I opted out of having flowers painted on my nails but I did find a new color that I’m having a lot of fun wearing. “Audrey” by China Glaze.
Today, the boys and I are doing a commercial shoot for The Learning Mountain and I’m going to pair this top with skinny leg, white jeans. The boys are in coordinating outfits and are quite excited that their shirts have pockets (in which, I’m sure they’ll find something to store in them)! Its going to be a fun day of baking, painting, playing & gardening!
