I signed up to bring Fresh Fruit for Roman’s pre-school class and when I showed up with this tray, I had signed up for the WRONG CLASS! Wouldn’t you know, the wrong folder was on the counter at the wrong time when I scribbled our names in for the 21st of March. Thankfully, Roman’s sweet teachers didn’t turn it down and said that his class really likes to eat (why doesn’t that surprise me?) so they’ll have double the fruit today!
I hope the kiddos enjoy this Rainbow Fruit Tray as much as we enjoyed making it! It was easy to put together, especially since fruit needs to be cut for little mouths anyway!
Think about doing one this one extra step of putting the fruit in the shape of something (flower, rainbow, etc.) next time you’re on snack duty! It would even be a great tray for a party of any kind too!
And remember; it’s the little things for all of us that make a big difference! Roman was so excited to bring this fruit tray to his friends!
